The HMS Participant kit contains:

1. One (1) Medical Shirt (men's or women's)
2. One (1) Recorder
3. One (1) Micro-USB charging cable
4. One (1) Conductive cream
5. One (1) Smartphone in phone case
6. One (1) USB-C charging cable and one (1) wall charger
7. One (1) User Manual (please read before use)
8. One (1) Startup guide

NOTE: Participants will need to return the kit at the end of the study. It is best to keep all the boxes associated with the Kit to help with the return process.
