Symptoms
The Recorder is connected to the Medical Shirt and the Status Light is Yellow
Resolution #1 Check Shirt Connector
- Remove and reinsert the Shirt Connector into the Recorder
- Check that the Shirt Connector is flush against the Recorder
- Check if the Status Light turns Green
Cause #1 Shirt Connector not fully inserted
The Shirt Connector was not fully inserted into the Recorder causing a recording problem
Resolution #2 Check Shirt Belt Connectors
- Disconnect and reconnect Shirt Belt Connectors
- Press the Button on Recorder to check the Status Light
- Is Status Light GREEN?
Cause #2 Shirt Belt Connectors not Connected
The Shirt Belt Connectors were not fully connected causing a recording problem
Resolution #3 Check Heart Sensors
- Did you apply cream to the Heart Sensors?
- If not - unzip the Shirt and apply Cream to all four (4) bronze patches
- Zip Shirt
- Reconnect Shirt Belt Connectors
- Tighten Belts for snug fit
- Press Button on Recorder to check the Status Light
- Is Status Light GREEN?
Cause #3 No Cream
There was not enough cream on the bronze patches causing a recording problem
Resolution #4 Check Shirt Connector
- Remove the Recorder from the Shirt Connector
- Inspect the Shirt Connector - does it have a strip of silver tape?
- If NO - apply a thin piece of tape to the top of the connector (flat plastic side)
- The tape can be duct tape, scotch tape, electrical tape
- If YES - is the tape coming off?
- If YES - reapply a new strip of tape
- Reconnect the Recorder and check the Status Light
- Is the Status light Green?
Cause #4 Shirt Connector
There was no tape on the Shirt Connector
