      Recorder does not show Status Light

      Resolution #1

      1. Unplug the Shirt Connector
      2. Plug the Shirt Connector back into the Recorder
      3. Check the Status light 
      4. Recorder light will turn off after 30 seconds to save battery

      Cause #1

      The Shirt Connector is not fully connected to the Recorder

      Resolution #2

      1. Connect the Recorder to Micro-USB and wall charger
      2. Does the Status Light and Battery Light turn on?
      3. Let charge for 2 hours
      4. Reconnect Shirt Connector to Recorder
      5. Does the Status Light turn on?

      6. If Status Light does NOT turn on after charging, contact Support at 1 888-887-2044 (Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 17:00 pm) or email hexoskinmedical.support@carretechnologies.com

      Cause #2

      The Status Light does not turn on because the battery is not charged
