      Charging the Recorder - No Lights

      Symptoms

      When charging the Recorder, the Status and Battery lights do not turn on

       

      Resolution #1

      1. Unplug the micro-USB cable and wall charger.
      2. Check that the wall charger is properly connected and the micro-USB is fully connected to the Recorder.
      3. Do Battery lights turn on?

      Cause #1

      Micro-USB or the wall charger are not properly connected to the Recorder

      Resolution #2

      1. Wait 5 minutes and check the Battery Lights again

      Cause #2

      The battery level is very low and the Recorder needs to charge 5 minutes before the lights turn on

       

      If the lights still do not turn on after 5 minutes, contact Support at 1 888-887-2044 (Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 17:00 pm) or email hexoskinmedical.support@carretechnologies.com
