Symptoms
When charging the Recorder, the Status and Battery lights do not turn on
Resolution #1
- Unplug the micro-USB cable and wall charger.
- Check that the wall charger is properly connected and the micro-USB is fully connected to the Recorder.
- Do Battery lights turn on?
Cause #1
Micro-USB or the wall charger are not properly connected to the Recorder
Resolution #2
- Wait 5 minutes and check the Battery Lights again
Cause #2
The battery level is very low and the Recorder needs to charge 5 minutes before the lights turn on
